Booking Information

All full-day trips include top-quality gear supplied by Reid’s Fly Shop, snacks & lunch (sandwiches, backpacking meals or grill (weather depending), and non-alcoholic drinks.
Participants should bring appropriate clothing and outdoor gear for the season, a hat, sunglasses, and waders/boots. Guests are also encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle to reduce impacts on the environment.
You will need to obtain one Alberta fishing permit per person over the age of 16. More information can be located on My Wild Alberta.
Meeting locations will depend on the fishing spot chosen.
Trips will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the booking total.
The outstanding balance is due on the date of the trip.
Trips typically go ahead rain or shine. In the event a trip has to be canceled due to inclement weather or poor fishing conditions (at the discretion of the guide) a full refund will be given or the trip can be rescheduled for a mutually acceptable date in the same calendar year. For trips that are canceled mid-way through the day a partial refund will be offered at a rate of $100/hr. Lightening, hail, high winds and torrential rain are a few examples of severe weather that may result in the guide terminating, halting or pausing the fishing trip.
Deposits for trips canceled with 14 days or more notice will be refunded their deposit less $50 handling fee.
For trips canceled with less than 14 days, notice deposits will be credited towards a new trip on a mutually acceptable date in the same calendar year.
Tips are not mandatory, nor are they required, but they are greatly appreciated. Average tips range between 15-25%.
